The Cantarini Ranch is located in Carlsbad, California occupying approximately 141 acres of hillside terrain. Much of the property consists of sensitive habitat for a variety of sensitive and endangered species. As a result, the project includes an oak tree relocation plan and preserves the most significant resources on the site including an existing wildlife corridor, small wetland area, and rock outcroppings.
This residential component includes three single family product types with a total of 290 dwelling units. Some unusual elements of this site include medians in one-way residential streets, traffic circles, a bridge, and ocean views.
